Our flight coordinators will explain and discuss with you the air ambulance options, helping you determine the most appropriate and affordable means of transport while addressing the patient’s needs. See Transport Options for more information.

Our staff knows the importance of minimizing transport time for patients; that’s why we coordinate and schedule complete “bed to bed service” that includes ground ambulances to origination airport and from destination airport.

Our patient flight coordinators can also assist you in the processing of your claim for health insurance reimbursement.
